Francia Raisa

Raisa's acting experience began during junior high, when she began modeling and appearing in commercials. She guest-starred in the sitcoms American Family: Journey of Dreams as well as Over There. Raisa played Tamy in Lil' Romeo's music video "My Girlfriend" in the role of Tamy from 2004 and also in the music video of Iyaz "So Large". She booked her first leading performance a few months after she started her final year of high school. The film Bring It On, All or Nothing, Raisa starred opposite Hayden Pannettiere. Alexandra Delgado co-starred with Isabel in the Nickelodeon film Shredderman Rules. She also was in The Cutting Edge: Chasing the Dream and The Cutting Edge: Fire and Ice. From July 2008 through the final episode of the ABC Family series, The Secret Life of the American Teenager in June 2013, she played the character of Adrian Lee. In 2009, Raisa appeared on USA Network's TV series In Plain Sight and co-starred in a short film directed by David Henrie titled Boo that aired on YouTube. Raisa co-starred with Mike "The Miz' Mizanin in 2013's Christmas Bounty. Raisa was in August 2012 the year 2018 until 2022, Raisa starred in the Freeform program, Grown, executive produced by Black-ish creator Kenya Barris. The show's first four seasons, ending her role after the character's departure at the end of Season 4. In 2018, she played in the role of Tyra in the film of Freeform, Life-Size 2. The film premiered in May 2021. Raisa was cast in The How I Met Your Mother's spinoff, How I Met Your Father, which was launched on Hulu on the 18th of January in 2022.
